Diane is is responsible for leading the development of all destination marketing strategies for Noosa and the Northern region including domestic and international programs and media buying activity. Diane also has the responsibility of executing the northern region’s major event program working closely with key event organisers to maximise the media and public relations benefits. Tourism Noosa has a progressive media strategy and familiarisations program which Diane also manages and is the key point of contact for all media enquiries.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the destinations collateral production, travel trade familiarisations, trade show coordination, facilitation of special interest 'clusters', digital strategy and input to the development of Tourism Noosa’s industry / consumer website. They also support the Marketing and Media Director with implementation of the regions strategies and program including cooperative marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Manager also works closely with Sunshine Coast Destination Ltd and Tourism Queensland to ensure the Noosa region benefits for marketing and development opportunities.

Juanita is responsible for the northern region’s membership program and is the first point of contact for all membership enquiries. In delivering the industry liaison strategy, Juanita is responsible for ensuring that all members are updated via regular communication and an active networking program. Juanita also assists with the development of the Tourism Noosa website, digital marketing and social media programs.

Glenda is responsible for managing the accounting and administrative functions of Tourism Noosa. This includes the preparation of financial reports, the payment of invoices and processing of payments as well as the maintenance of company records and contracts.

Cathy is responsible for the day to day operations of the Tourism Noosa Visitor Information Centres at Hastings St and Noosa Marina. She is involved in the recruitment and training of new volunteers and staff, coordinating familiarisations as well as developing systems to ensure the efficient operations of both centres. Cathy works a 7 day roster and is generally available by appointment Monday to Sunday.

Our Holiday Consultants, along with our volunteers, are the backbone of our organization. Working out of our two Visitor Information Centres, they assist hundreds of visitors each week in planning their perfect holiday in Noosa. On behalf of our members, they make bookings for tours, accommodation and services. They are also available for any other general enquiries regarding the broader attractions of Noosa.
